 While the prospective of losing a home due to
foreclosure is terrifying, fraudulent foreclosure rescue professions
prey upon the distressed homeowners. The preying is done by
offering to remove the pain on payment of a fee or some other
arrangement where the homeowner may end up in a far worse situation.

February 2008 discussing Foreclosure Rescue Scams which may be
additional potential stress for Homeowners In Distress.
