3) If your city name has more than one word, use quotes
around them, e.g. use "San Jose" instead of San Jose
4) If you cannot find information about your city, try
typing in your state, and you will get a link to a
listing of IRS offices in your State; your nearest IRS
office may be able to give you the information you need.
5) If that does not work, then a suggestion is to call
the IRS
