The following link will get you to the IRS site where you can get the  Link &Learn Taxes e-Learning course.  This site is readily available to the public.

If you are volunteering in the San Jose Territory Area, please print out the certificate and send it to the IRS VITA VRPP Coordinator by mail  so that you can be certified to prepare taxes at the VITA sites.  Volunteers in other areas will need to get in touch with their respective coordinators.
