1) Since you are filling in this form to show your interest in Tax Training, please provide basic information for the VITA Training Coordinator to contact you. 2) This form is for sign up only for Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Fresno and Bakersfield counties. 3) Please note that you must promise to volunteer 4hrs/week during tax season if you take the training.
