This page shows the status of returns prepared at the VITA @ Milpitas Public Library.   The return code is provided in the cover letter with your copy of the tax return. 

The information provided is a special service intended only as a guide to the status of individual returns, and arranged in increasing order of return code. 

The acceptance dates were derived from reports provided by the software used to prepare tax returns at the site, and in some cases are prior to the date on which the return was filed! This is impossible, a miracle. a program feature, or a bug, depending on your point of view.  Final confirmation of receipt of the Federal returns comes with the form 9325 which is official acknowledgement from the IRS, and naturally with the refund being deposited in your account or mailed to you.
