the announcement of "Free Tax Help by Community Volunteers!" serves to
announce both the volunteer aspect and the services provided.
However, since there is nothing about the characteristics of the
taxpayers served, in many cases, high income or very high income
taxpayers have come in asking for help, and have to be directed
elsewhere. |
